Resolved Question: What are the costs to drive a truck and trailer across state lines?

I'm getting a dually and trailer that can haul up to 3 or 4 cars and taking it mainly from Ogden, UT to Portland, OR and from Ogden, UT to Las Vegas, NV. Do I have to pay to drive it across state lines? I know that the combined GVWR is around 31000 but I'd never have it that heavy.
