Ogden Utah Restaurants

One of my favourite memories is of taking my husband to the restaurant for lunch on one of our first dates. I'm not sure what to do. I don't know what kind of food, but the answer is always in the mood at Union Grill. My farewell dinner was when I left the Standard Examiner to become food editor at Deseret News.

I asked to sit in the sports bar room, which is divided into two balconies and a terrace, and the hostess, Bella, talked me out of it being too hot. I tried to sit on the terrace on a hot June afternoon, but a gusty wind changed my mind. The space is well used to grow hops and vines used for beer production, as well as wild flowers and other plants for the restaurant garden. In June and July, I worked at the Standard Examiner, where I ate outside in the summer, on what I called "the beautiful courtyard of the restaurant," as it is called.

The three buns I would highly recommend are Escolar, Cilantro Grinch and Coconut Crunch, and if you're looking for something new, try the spicy, spicy and spicy - but sweet and sweet - but - not too spicy - chicken wings.

I particularly love the French onion soup, which starts with taking it and ends with the famous bread pudding. This is my favourite dessert on the menu as I would order something chocolate somewhere else, but this time it's the best.

There are a few things that bring me back more than once a week, like pizza, hot dogs and burgers, but there are also many other great options.

The Perks Espresso Cafe has an outdoor terrace overlooking a pretty flower bed, and Iggy's is just a few steps away. The courtyard is flanked by a small kitchen with fresh, picked ingredients and a wide selection of coffee and pastries.

If the weather gets windy, rainy or just too hot, the glass veranda offers protection from the elements. The outdoor terrace overlooks the flowing canyon and helps cool down during the day, and overlooks a grassy area with a koi pond and waterfall.

If you want to have lunch, the terrace protects you from the setting sun, as the building is embedded in the mountain slope to the west. The Blue Coyote on the ground floor is open to Wolf Creek golf fans, as well as guests of the local golf club and local shops.

Located in the heart of historic 25th Street in Ogden, The Roosters offers a wide menu to satisfy all your needs. This popular diner is known for its good food and service, but is also great for al fresco dining. While the menu can be expensive, stay on budget by paying attention to chef Craig Bonham's nightly specialities. I love that I get out of my own neighborhood and see and do funny things.

I took my first child on a two-week road trip when she was four weeks old and we have been travelling as a family ever since. Sonora Grill is one of my favorite restaurants that I can combine with a visit to the Ogden LDS Temple. With real cheese and other ingredients, they serve the usual enchiladas, burritos and tacos found in any other Mexican restaurant. Presto pesto is covered with a pesto sauce made of basil, garlic, oregano, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder, then topped with a creamy sauce made of garlic and basil sauce and fresh basil.

If you're fed up with the road works in Ogden Canyon, you have a good chance that you won't have to wait for a table on the popular terrace. It is an oasis on the terrace, and if you can eat more than the original plate stack, you don't have to walk home from Eden or work to eat. The endless fries are also available with various toppings such as bacon, cheese, tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic, onions and more.

According to owner Joe Cottam, the farm seats 150 and is sometimes fully booked, with live concerts every Friday and Saturday from 9 to midnight.

The Hahnenhof is located between two buildings, so you do not have the west - the sun is in front of you, but you want to sit on the east side of the courtyard to avoid the noise of the nearby children's playground. re on your way to the movie Raptor Game, you can refresh yourself at the Park Stone Wood Kitchen, where you can dine and refresh yourself outdoors or indoors. The glass wall retracts into a shaded umbrella, giving you the opportunity to sit under a parasol or sit in the retractable glass walls to give you a little shade and a good view of your surroundings and the sun.
